Bank Deposit

If you would like to make a payment at your nearest Bank of Montreal location please make the deposit using our account information.  Branch ID 3997 Account number 1998545.  Please advise the teller of your TREND Financial Customer ID.

All funds deposited must be certified.

If you choose to make a Bank of Montreal payment, you MUST report the payment to customer service or collections at (416) 907-8286 to confirm the payment was received or report the payment HERE.

Otherwise, the payment WILL NOT be posted to your account. Please make sure you always keep a copy of the receipt.

Credit Card

Not in Person

If you would like to make a credit card payment, you can make the payment online here, or you can contact our customer service department at 1-855-88TREND as they can provide you with authorization instructions. You will be required to submit a signed authorization form either via email or fax.

In-Person

In person payments will allow you to pay using CASH, CREDIT CARD, DEBIT, MONEY ORDER or CERTIFIED CHEQUE.

Pre-Authorized Payment

Similar to your monthly lease payments, we can debit your bank account using our pre-authorized payment system. If you would like to set up the PAP over the phone, you must contact our Customer Service Department at 1-855-88-TREND.

You may also submit an online request for the PAP here. All requests must be submitted at least 3 days before you would like the payment to be withdrawn to ensure that there is ample time for processing.

Mail

If you are unable to utilise any of the above payment methods, we can accept payment through mail. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF IT GETS LOST OR STOLEN.
